A TV card is a special chip you but in your computer, and, if you hook up cable, a VCR, DVD, or a video game system, you can watch it on your computer! But thats not all, you can also take snapshots and, record a whole episode or movie onto an AVI format! Its absolute paradise for those loving anime fans out there. But your probably wondering... where do I get one? At a computer store, and they run from about 50 to 100 bucks! (Cheap for computers!)
